Based in Carmarthenshire, we work closely with local growers to develop innovative wellness teas using natural, seasonal ingredients. Every blend is presented in sustainable packaging, with plastic-free and bleach-free, biodegradable tea bags.

Our tea blends are rooted in years of research and development with Aberystwyth University, balancing wellbeing with great taste and natural ingredients. We hope they'll become part of your daily routine.

Our Rhubarb Root Cleansing Evening tea made from the roots of rhubarb grown on the beautiful island of Anglesey. Independent clinical trial data show how this blend significantly reduced cholesterol in participants on this blend only.

Our Lion's Mane Mushroom Brightening Tea comes in two blends - Welsh Heritage Apple & Cinnamon, and our Great Taste Award-winning Chilli, Ginger & Cardamom. We grow our own Lion's Mane mushrooms in Carmarthenshire, keeping food miles low and strengthening local supply chains.

We're excited to introduce our fourth blend, inspired by the natural goodness of springtime plants: Gwrych y Gwanwyn - Spring Hedgerow Tea. A refreshing blend of botanicals, capturing a taste of Wales.
