At Tetrim Teas, we take great care in packaging and dispatching your premium tea orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. This shipping policy outlines our delivery options, charges, and procedures.

Processing Time

Order Processing: 1-2 business days
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping Options

Standard UK Delivery (FREE)

  • Cost: FREE on all UK orders
  • Delivery Time: 3-5 working days
  • Service: Royal Mail 2nd Class or equivalent
  • Tracking: Basic tracking included

Express UK Delivery

  • Cost: £4.50
  • Delivery Time: 1-2 working days
  • Service: Royal Mail 1st Class or courier service
  • Tracking: Full tracking included
  • Cut-off Time: Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM for next working day dispatch

Please note: Express delivery is not available on weekends or bank holidays for next-day arrival.

International Shipping

International Delivery Charges:

  • Postage costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and destination country
  • International shipping charges will be added to the cost of your purchase at checkout
  • Delivery times vary by destination (typically 5-21 working days)
  • Full tracking is provided for all international orders

International Customers Please Note:

  • You may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by your country
  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs
  • Delivery times may be affected by customs processing in your country

Shipping Restrictions

We ship worldwide with the following exceptions:

  • Countries currently under international trade sanctions
  • Certain remote locations where reliable postal service is not available

Packaging

All Tetrim Teas products are carefully packaged to preserve freshness and prevent damage during transit:

  • Tea products are sealed in protective packaging
  • Fragile items receive additional cushioning
  • Orders are dispatched in recycled & recyclable packaging materials

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A dispatch confirmation email

Delivery Issues

Damaged or Missing Items: If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours at mari@tetrimteas.cymru. Include photographs of any damaged items and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.

Failed Delivery Attempts:

  • If you're not available to receive your parcel, the courier will typically leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour
  • For items requiring signature, a calling card will be left with collection in
